Choose How You Train.

PDO thread lifting is delivered through three formats. Pick the format that matches your license, learning style, and case-volume goals.

Why OLA Korea

Five Honest Differences.

01 — Format

From Group to Private.

Many fellowship programs run in groups. OLA delivers a strict 1:1 student-to-patient ratio for maximum hands-on time per case.

02 — Faculty

Surgical Authority.

Our faculty are not general practitioners. They are board-certified Korean plastic surgeons with decades of surgical lifting experience.

03 — Logic

Beyond K-Beauty.

While other programs focus on aesthetic trends, OLA teaches Clinical Logic — understanding the why behind the vector, not only the how.

04 — Location

Two Clinical Hubs.

Train in the high-energy aesthetic pulse of Seoul, or the focused premium environment of our Busan flagship at Song Jennifer Plastic Surgery.

05 — Technology

Digital Innovation.

OLA integrates MediThinQ SHIYA 20 3D digital optics into thread training, bridging traditional Korean technique with modern medical visualization.

FAQ

What International Doctors
Ask First.

Do you provide visa invitation letters?

Yes. After acceptance, OLA Korea provides program confirmation or invitation-related documents that can support C-3-4 (Short-term Business) or Medical Visit visa applications. Visa approval remains the responsibility of the relevant embassy or immigration authority.

Is the training conducted in English?

Yes. All sessions are led by English-speaking faculty or supported by professional medical translators so clinical terminology, vector logic, and complication discussion are conveyed without communication gaps.

Will my certificate be valid in my home country?

OLA Korea issues a Certificate of Completion. It documents attendance and clinical scope but does not replace a medical license, board certification, or local practice authorization. Clinical privileges remain governed by your local regulatory body.

What is the live patient to mannequin ratio?

Live patients are prioritized. Mannequin work is used only for short vector warm-ups (approximately 30 minutes). The remainder of the day is hands-on with live patients in a 1:1 hands-on format, subject to eligibility.

What can I practice immediately after the course?

Participants leave with the clinical confidence to perform full-face PDO/MINT thread lifts, including patient assessment, vector design, anchoring strategy, complication awareness, and post-procedure management within their licensed scope.

Can you assist with accommodation in Busan or Seoul?

OLA Korea provides a curated list of partner hotels near our Busan and Seoul training clinics and can support concierge booking on request after enrollment is confirmed.

What is the refund and reschedule policy?

Reschedules are accepted up to 30 days before the scheduled date subject to faculty availability. Refunds follow the OLA Korea service agreement provided at enrollment. See our Refund Policy page for details.
