Initial assessment — the procedures you perform now — how long and how often — and what you want to introduce.
Education — clinical modules and Clinic Launch Program operating perspectives, as relevant.
Launch preparation — equipment, product, and local vendor coordination.
On-site support — separately scoped staff training and operational preparation.
Follow-up — agreed remote review and further learning needs.

On-site setup, travel, equipment and ongoing support are scoped and quoted separately. Equipment and construction contracts remain between your clinic and its vendors. This is an education and support program, not a brand franchise.
