3. User Accounts
Access to certain services may require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at [email protected].
You may not share your account or course access credentials with any third party. Course licenses are granted to the individual purchaser only and are non-transferable.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for online courses are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all online course transactions. By purchasing an online course, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms. Paddle is responsible for collecting payments, issuing invoices, and processing refunds for online course purchases.
Payments for in-person training, B2B programs, and equipment rental are processed separately via Wise Business (international bank transfer). Specific payment terms, deposit requirements, and due dates will be provided in the individual service agreement or quotation issued to you.
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, currency conversion fees, or bank charges in your jurisdiction.

Our refund terms vary by service type. For full details, please refer to our Refund Policy. In summary:
- Online courses: 7-day money-back guarantee if less than 30% of the course has been viewed.
