1. Overview

OLA Korea Inc. is committed to providing high-quality training and educational experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted for our various services. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Refund terms differ depending on the service type. By completing a purchase or booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the applicable refund terms described below.

2. Online Courses

Online courses are sold and fulfilled through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record. All refund requests for online courses are processed by Paddle in accordance with their refund procedures.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your online course purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, provided that you have viewed less than 30% of the course content.

To request a refund for an online course, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the request. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. In-Person Training Programs

For in-person training sessions (1:1, Group, Observation, and B2B programs), cancellation refunds are determined by the amount of advance notice provided before the scheduled training date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected]. The cancellation date is determined by the date OLA Korea receives the written request. Refunds for in-person training are processed via Wise Business bank transfer within 10 business days.

4. Equipment Rental

Equipment rental fees are non-refundable once the rental period has commenced. If you need to cancel an equipment rental before the start date, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation terms will be specified in the individual rental agreement issued at the time of booking.

5. Rescheduling

We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. Rescheduling requests for in-person training are subject to availability. Please contact us at least 14 days in advance to reschedule without a penalty. Rescheduling requests made within 14 days of the training date may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 20% of the program fee.

6. OLA Korea Cancellations

In the unlikely event that OLA Korea cancels a scheduled training session due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., instructor illness, force majeure), you will be offered the choice of a full refund or a complimentary reschedule to another available date. No additional compensation will be provided.

7. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [Your Name]".
  2. Include your booking or order reference, the service purchased, and your reason for requesting a refund.
  3. For online course refunds, Paddle will process the refund to your original payment method.
  4. For in-person training refunds, funds will be returned via Wise Business bank transfer.

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days.
