Fee & booking
US$250 per person, paid in advance.
After we confirm your session, we send a private payment page — PayPal or bank transfer. There is no deposit and no payment on site.
- 7 days or more before your session — full refund.
- Less than 7 days before — no refund; one change to another open session.
- No case in your session — if patients cancel and there is nothing to observe, we move you to another session or refund you in full.
In the treatment room
Observe. Respect the patient.
- Observation only — no touching patients or instruments.
- Patient confidentiality — you agree to it when you book.
- Photos and video — for your own learning, only where that patient has agreed. No faces and nothing that identifies a patient; nothing is shared.
- Each case needs the patient’s consent — without it, that case is skipped.

Walk-in Observation FAQ
How much does Walk-in Observation cost?+
US$250 per person for a two-hour session, paid in full in advance by PayPal or bank transfer. There is no deposit and no payment on site.
When are the sessions?+
16, 17 and 18 November 2026, from 11:00 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00 Korea time (KST). Each session takes up to three people.
What will I observe?+
The toxin and filler treatments Dr. Jennifer K. Song has booked for that session, usually one or two cases, with short explanations in English. Cases cannot be chosen in advance.
What if there is no case to observe?+
Every case needs the patient’s consent, and patients sometimes cancel. If your session has nothing to observe, we move you to another session or refund you in full.
What is the refund policy?+
Cancel 7 days or more before your session for a full refund. After that there is no refund, but you can change once to another open session.
Can I take photos or video?+
Yes, for your own learning and only where that patient has agreed. Faces and anything that identifies a patient must not be filmed or shared.
Who is Walk-in Observation for?+
Clinicians in Korea for a congress, an exhibition or a short visit who want to see a Korean toxin and filler clinic at work. It is observation only.
