Key points
What does this guide say?
From the current commercial edition · PDF page numbers
- Sets out a practical framework and minimum clinical standards for toxin injection rather than a single “correct” technique.p. 3
- Covers eight regions: forehead lines, glabellar frown lines, crow’s feet, bunny lines, gummy smile, mouth corner drooping, pebbled chin and masseter hypertrophy.p. 2
- Each region gives the target muscles, dose guidance, injection points and depth, precautions and the author’s preferred technique, with illustrated point maps.pp. 8, 13, 16, 19, 22, 24, 27, 30
- Reconstitution tables are arithmetic references for a 100 U vial; potency units are not interchangeable between products, so the selected product label governs.pp. 5, 33
- Syringe capacity is not toxin potency: insulin-scale markings must not be read as botulinum toxin units.pp. 6, 7
- Forehead treatment keeps a safe distance above the eyebrow to prevent brow ptosis, with separate maps for Spock brow and high-arched brows.pp. 9, 11, 12
