Core Modules

3 Non-Surgical Modules

The same three modules as 1:1 Training, restructured for 2–4 people: station rotation, peer case comparison, and a shared debrief after each module.

Foundation Module 1

Foundations of Injection Techniques

Setup, maneuver control and K-Aesthetic workflow, practised in rotation so each participant works a full station.

  • Instructor-guided station rotation — everyone injects
  • Faculty corrects grip, angle and depth in real time
  • Peer comparison: three hands, three results
  • Shared debrief at the end of each module
Core Module 2

PDO Thread Lifting & Multi-Modality Injection

The K-Aesthetic signature non-surgical lift, worked case by case with the group comparing vector decisions side by side.

  • Each participant threads under direct supervision
  • MINT pattern read on your own assigned case
  • Vector choices compared across the group
  • Complication review from the day’s actual cases
Advanced Module 3

Advanced & Individualized Combination Aesthetics

Dynamic facial balance and layered volumization — each participant plans a case, then defends it to faculty and peers.

  • Live full-face combination demonstration
  • Each participant builds and defends a treatment plan
  • Faculty critiques every plan in front of the group
  • Before/after documentation standards

Flexible Scheduling: Your group picks one or more modules and combines them across flexible days. Inquire with your preferred modules and dates.

Model/Patient: Participants bring or arrange a model/patient for hands-on sessions; OLA Korea can assist. SMAS surgical and SHIYA 20 tracks run through 1:1 Training only — that page also carries the technique-level breakdown of all three modules.

What's Included

  • Training materials & presentation slides
  • OLA Korea Certificate of Completion
  • Lunch and coffee throughout the day
  • Post-training group Q&A Zoom session

Who Is This For

  • Physicians seeking a structured overview of K-Aesthetic techniques in one day
  • Practitioners who thrive in peer-learning and collaborative environments
  • Colleagues or clinic teams attending together for shared learning
  • Those wanting to master core techniques before upgrading to 1:1 Training

Group vs. 1:1 Training

Group Training offers the same 3 non-surgical core modules as 1:1 Training, at a shared group pace with 2–4 peers. For access to the SMAS Facelift surgical track or SHIYA 20 digital track — both exclusive to 1:1 — upgrade to 1:1 Training.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

How many doctors are in a group session? +

Group Training runs with 2–4 licensed practitioners per session, keeping the faculty-to-participant ratio high enough for individual hands-on guidance.

Can I apply alone, or do I need my own group? +

Both work. You can register together with colleagues, or apply individually and we will coordinate your dates with an upcoming group session.

Do I need a Korean medical license to join? +

No Korean license is required. You need a valid medical or injector license from your home country — MD/DO, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse with injector certification, Dentist/Oral Surgeon, or equivalent.

Is Group Training hands-on or observation? +

Hands-on. You practice injection foundations, PDO thread lifting, multi-modality injection, and individualized combination aesthetics under direct faculty supervision.

What language is the training conducted in? +

All sessions are conducted in English, with a real-time translation app available during hands-on work. You may also bring your own interpreter.

Where does Group Training take place? +

Training is held in Busan (Song Jennifer Plastic Surgery Clinic) or Seoul (faculty partner clinics), depending on the session schedule.
